Terms and Conditions for Team-Z Campaign Notebook

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Team-Z Campaign Notebook application (the "Service") operated by Zateslo for Congress ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all volunteers, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the account that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

2. Use of the Service

This Service is provided to campaign volunteers for the express purpose of logging contacts with potential voters and related campaign activities. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data and information you enter into the Service (e.g., "Contact Data").

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or transmit any data that is unlawful, harmful, or threatening.

Violate any applicable local, state (including Florida), national, or international law (including all applicable laws regarding telemarketing, and "Do Not Call" lists).

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
