Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about this campaign and who I am. I hope to earn your trust, your support, and your vote. I’m running for Congress in Florida’s 2nd Congressional District to deliver the leadership, integrity, and fresh ideas that North Florida deserves. I am running as a Democrat, but most importantly, I am running as an American, a Dad, and a proud North Floridian. Our current political system has failed us, and it's time to do something different.

As an entrepreneur and product manager for over 20 years, I have worked at the crossroads of technology and politics. I understand how social media and Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven communication can help improve and harm the lives of everyday people. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across the political spectrum with elected leaders and non-profits to achieve lasting progress for our communities. Working with people I disagree with, from every side of politics, has been a cornerstone of my career. If elected to Congress, that’s the leadership I’ll bring for North Florida.

I am not a traditional candidate, but folks in our community and across the country asked me to step up and meet the moment we are in. After conversations with my family and a lot of soul searching and prayer, we decided to launch this campaign and we are in it to win.

I grew up in Tallahassee, a city I’m proud to call home. My family’s deep roots stretch from here to Panama City across the small farming and fishing towns that make our district so special. I’m a Rickards High IB graduate, an Eagle Scout, and a proud product of North Florida’s public schools and tight-knit neighborhoods.

My freshman year of high school was marked by 9/11. I graduated from the University of South Florida during the 2008 financial crash. My first son was born just three months before the COVID-19 pandemic, and my second son arrived a month before the 2024 elections. These moments shaped me, and they are why I believe we need practical, common-sense solutions to our problems, not more political games. Who we elect isn’t about Democrat versus Republican; it’s about who we can trust to speak for us and have our backs in Washington.

The actions of the current Administration and their allies in Congress are hurting real people throughout our community. Right now, our country needs more independent leaders who will respect the Constitution, hold politicians and government officials accountable, and get government working again. That’s my commitment to you. 

I have seen firsthand how hard life can get when leadership fails. I watched family, friends, and neighbors struggle to rebuild after the BP oil spill, multiple hurricanes, and now, through rising costs that are squeezing our family budgets.

We are already seeing a level of enthusiasm, hope, and passion I never imagined possible. Our campaign is growing every single day because folks know how much is at stake. Democrats, Republicans, and Independents are all joining Team Z because they’re ready to do something different. 

My kids, and every family here, no matter their politics, deserve a future built on common-sense, accountability, and opportunity for all.
